The offer we have worked reasonably hard on was just denied… so I figured what better time to make a quick episode on how I’m actually feeling after “failing.” Don’t worry, I don’t feel all that bad. But it definitely leads to a plethora of options:
#1: Quit because somebody said “no.”
#2: Emotionally move forward by making a much higher offer because I want the house and I’ve put work into figuring out how to remodel and rent it.
#3: Be a good investor, think logically, give it some time, keep looking for other options, and NEVER give up no matter how many denials I receive.
What option do you think I should take?
